Argassi has a clean but narrow beachfront. In places the sand is collected into wider stretches, which are great for getting away from the crowds. Sun beds are available for hire along the length of Argassi Beach and prices range from 6 to 8 Euros for the day.

Argassi is the ideal place to come if you love finding a great little pool bar or beach bar to spend your days in. Facilities are open to the public in all hotels and studios.

Why not have a game of Mini Golf, Argassi boasts two great facilities and a total of 5 eighteen hole courses.

Argassi is also the gateway to the best beaches on the island. The Vassillikos peninsular has many varied types of secluded beaches. All just down the road for the intrepid explorer. Why not hire a car or bike and explore this great area.

More Energetic? The Mount Skopos Trail starts in Argassi. The Peak of Mount Skopos is 492m high and this trek should not be attempted lightly. The views however are truly spectacular from the top.

There is no need to book in any of the restaurants, however some places do get very busy and bookings can be made to avoid disappointment.

As well as a great variety of food available, there is also a large variety of locations available to eat. Why not try some of the places that are off of the beaten track. There are great places tucked away on the back street, on the mountainside or on the beach.

If you like it loud and lively then you can head down towards the Crossroads where the biggest and brashest bars are located.
